Product Features:
This product is a single-component, neutral, room-temperature curing, flame-retardant architectural silicone sealant. Its flame retardancy meets the GB/T24267-2009 (Flame-retardant Sealants for Building) standard. It does not support combustion when exposed to open flame, self-extinguishes without fire, and does not emit dense smoke or harmful gases. It has excellent high-temperature resistance and a long service life. It exhibits outstanding adhesion to glass, polished surfaces, wood, aluminum, steel, and other materials.
Applicable Materials:
Boundary joints around various fireproof doors and windows; joints of electrical conduits and water pipes between walls and floors, air ducts; flame-retardant sealing on each layer of curtain wall projects; fixing and flame-retardant sealing of electronic and electrical components; waterproof, moisture-proof, decorative, and flame-retardant sealing in public places.
Usage Restrictions:
Not suitable for structural bonding; not suitable for all surfaces containing oil or exudates; not suitable for damp or frosted surfaces; not suitable for application when substrate surface temperature is below 4°C or above 40°C; not suitable for surfaces requiring painting as the paint film may crack or peel.
