This product is a single-component, neutral, room-temperature curing graphene fireproof sealant made through a special process by adding graphene raw materials and undergoing 9 procedures, greatly enhancing fire resistance. It is the industry's first graphene fireproof sealant. Its flame retardancy withstands up to 1200°F, does not support combustion when exposed to open flame, self-extinguishes without fire, does not emit dense smoke or harmful gases, has excellent weather resistance and high-temperature resistance, and a long service life. It has excellent adhesion to most building materials without the need for a primer.
Scope of Use:
Boundary joints around various fire doors and windows; public areas in hotels, fire escape routes, ventilation ducts, air intakes, pipe and water pipe joints between walls and floors, expansion joints; fire-retardant sealing on each floor of curtain wall projects; fixing and fire-retardant sealing of electronic and electrical components; fire-retardant sealing for fireproof decoration in public places.
Usage Restrictions:
Not suitable for structural bonding; not suitable for surfaces containing oil or exudates; not suitable for damp or frosted surfaces; not suitable for application if substrate surface temperature is below 4°C or above 40°C; not suitable for surfaces that require painting as the paint film may crack or peel.
