On June 27th, within the strong atmosphere of "Safety Production Month", Dongguan Shanli Polymer Materials Research Co., Ltd. conducted a "real-life training" exercise on safety emergency response and confined space operations.

All company employees gathered to test their emergency response capabilities in a practical manner, strengthening their safety defenses!

 


Preparedness: The safety alarm sounds throughout the venue

At 3 pm, the seventh-floor meeting room was packed. At the beginning of the drill, Mr. Luo delivered a strong and powerful mobilization speech, emphasizing that "safety is the lifeline of development, and emergency response capabilities are the employees' protective amulet." Following this, Mr. Yang, manager of the security company, provided professional guidance based on industry standards. The most alarming part was the screening of a warning film about major safety accidents in recent years - the shocking images on the screen brought home the concept of "safety responsibility being paramount."

 


Practical Action! Four Scenarios Hone Emergency Skills

▶️ Scenario One: Rapid Response to Chemical Spills

The drill command sounded! A sudden "chemical spill" was simulated in the electric vehicle shed. The emergency team sprang into action, quickly sealing off the scene and skillfully using the sprinkler system for neutralization and dilution. The entire process was tense and orderly, and the "fast, accurate, and stable" handling process demonstrated the effectiveness of daily training.

"A confined space worker has collapsed, requesting assistance!" An urgent call came over the radio. The rescue plan was immediately activated: ventilation equipment started, gas detection completed, and the rescue team quickly descended into the well wearing respirators! In just a few minutes, the "injured person" was safely rescued and transferred to a ventilated area. The medical team immediately performed professional cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) until the "injured person" regained consciousness. The entire process was a race against time, and the teamwork was exemplary.

Facing the simulated fire point, employees took turns, "lift, pull, hold, press" - the fire extinguisher operation instructions were transformed into precise actions. White dry powder accurately covered the fire source, and the initial fire was quickly extinguished.

 


▶️ Scenario Four: Practical Spraying of Fire Hose

The fire hose connection competition pushed the atmosphere to a climax. Pairs of people worked together in coordination, throwing, connecting, and opening the valve in one go! A powerful water jet directly hit the target, demonstrating teamwork and strong firefighting skills.

At the end of the drill, Mr. Luo summarized and commented: This drill was "well-organized, close to reality, and highly effective!"
