Mid-Autumn Festival Affection, Warmth in Employees' Hearts - Shanli's 2023 Mid-Autumn Festival Trip to Nankun Mountain

To enhance employee cohesion and teamwork spirit, and to allow employees to experience the charm of traditional Chinese culture during this traditional festival, the company organized a Mid-Autumn Festival tourism team-building activity from the afternoon of September 15th to the morning of September 16th, 2023. The theme of this activity was "Reunion Mid-Autumn Festival, Warmth for Employees". The aim was to allow employees to better understand the company culture, enhance their sense of belonging, and strengthen the bonds between employees through joint participation in tourism, team building, and various colorful activities, leaving everyone with a wonderful Mid-Autumn Festival memory.

 


As the Mid-Autumn Festival of 2023 approaches, to enhance employee cohesion and teamwork, and to allow employees to experience the charm of traditional Chinese culture during this traditional festival, the company organized a Mid-Autumn tour and team-building activity from the afternoon of September 15th to the morning of the 16th. The theme of this activity was "Reunion Mid-Autumn Festival, Warmth for Employees." It aimed to allow employees to better understand the company culture, enhance their sense of belonging, and strengthen relationships through shared travel, team building, and various colorful activities, leaving everyone with a wonderful Mid-Autumn Festival memory.

 

 

 

On the afternoon of the 15th, the company traveled to the Huizhou Nan Kunshan Resort in 9 cars. Upon arrival, a family-style gathering was held, including making dumplings, boiling fish, preparing spicy shrimp, and DIY mooncake making. Employees worked together to prepare various delicacies, enjoying a harmonious atmosphere like a big family.

 

 

 

 

During this gathering, with the refreshing autumn rain, poetic time, bright lights, and a golden autumn, the taste of the delicious food we made ourselves was unforgettable, and the atmosphere was warm and joyful.

 

 

 

 

After the meal, programs and games such as blowing candles, picking up beads, karaoke, table tennis, billiards, swimming, hot springs, and dancing were prepared, with rich prizes. Employees were divided into several teams, actively participating, supporting each other, and sharing the joy. Each team worked hard to complete the tasks, and excellent teams were rewarded in the end.

Through this warm and joyful Mid-Autumn Festival tour and team-building activity, employees increased their understanding of each other and became more harmonious; it allowed employees to gain a deeper understanding of the company culture and the connotation and spirit of traditional Chinese culture.
