Shanli polymer cement waterproof coating is made mainly from a specific high-performance polymer emulsion combined with a certain proportion of cement. After curing, the product forms a rubber-like waterproof membrane with excellent adhesion, impermeability, crack resistance, and durability. It is easy to apply and meets the national environmental protection industry standard GB/T23445-2009, making it the preferred eco-friendly waterproof material for renovation professionals.

 

Applications

1. Widely used for waterproofing, leakage prevention, and moisture resistance in exterior walls, bathrooms, kitchens, pools, basements, roofs, and other buildings.

2. Used for leakage prevention in porous masonry materials such as aerated concrete and hollow bricks.

 

Main Technical Performance

1. Bonding strength: adhesion to concrete and cement mortar ≥1.0MPa

2. Elongation at break: untreated ≥80%, Tensile strength: untreated ≥1.8MPa

3. Impermeability: no water penetration under 0.3 MPa for 30 minutes

4. Anti-permeability ≥0.6MPa

 

Usage Instructions

1. Substrate treatment: The substrate surface should be flat and solid, free of honeycombs, roughness, dust, and oil stains; internal and external corners should be rounded; repair any defects on the substrate before construction.

2. Apply primer: Depending on the project or design requirements, apply a layer of Shanli polymer emulsion on the substrate surface as an interface layer.

3. Apply waterproof coating: Mix Shanli polymer emulsion and cement at a weight ratio of 1:0.8-1, stir with a hand drill, then brush onto the substrate with a soft brush to prevent missed spots and sand holes. After the first layer dries (about 2-4 hours) and is no longer sticky to the touch, apply the second layer. To meet waterproofing standards and thickness, a third layer should be applied.

4. Reinforcement: If reinforcement is needed for the waterproof layer, non-woven fabric or alkali-free fiberglass cloth can be used as a base for strengthening.

5. Consumption: 1-2kg/m²

6. Avoid mixing dried slurry with water for reuse. Do not step on or damage the waterproof layer within 24 hours after application. After complete curing, perform a water test; only proceed with other covering layers (such as plastering, tile adhesive, ceramic tiles) if no leakage is detected.
