Applications

1. Widely used for waterproofing, leak prevention, and moisture-proof projects on exterior walls, bathrooms, showers, washbasins, basements, roofs, and other buildings.

2. Used for leak prevention in porous masonry materials such as aerated concrete and hollow bricks.

Main Technical Performance

1. Bond strength: adhesion to concrete and cement mortar ≥1.0MPa

2. Elongation at break: untreated ≥80%, tensile strength: untreated ≥1.8MPa

3. Impermeability: 0.3MPa, no water penetration for 30 minutes

4. Impermeability resistance ≥0.6MPa

Usage Instructions

1. Substrate treatment: The substrate surface should be flat and firm, free of honeycombs, wrinkles, dust, and oil stains. Internal and external corners should be rounded; defects in the substrate should be repaired before construction.

2. Primer: According to engineering practice or design requirements, Shanli polymer emulsion can be applied as an interface agent on the substrate surface.

3. Waterproof coating: Mix Shanli polymer emulsion adhesive and cement at a weight ratio of 1:0.8-1 evenly. After mixing with a hand drill, brush onto the substrate to prevent leakage and pinholes. After the first layer dries (about 2-4 hours) and is no longer sticky to the touch, apply the second layer until the waterproof specification and thickness are met.

4. Reinforcement: If reinforcement of the waterproof layer is needed, non-woven fabric or alkali-free fiberglass cloth can be used as the base material for reinforcement.

5. Consumption: 1-2kg/m²

6. Do not mix dry powder with water for use. Do not step on or damage the waterproof layer within 24 hours after construction. After it is completely dry and fixed, perform a water test. Only after confirming no leakage should other covering layers (such as cotton, tile adhesive, or tiles) be applied.
