Product Features:
This product is a one-component, neutral curing silicone weather-resistant sealant; it has good adhesion and compatibility with most building materials, can be used under various climatic conditions, and forms an elastomer with good displacement resistance after curing; it remains unchanged from -50℃ to 150℃, resistant to ozone, ultraviolet rays, rain, frost, and other weather conditions, making it an ideal weather-resistant sealant.
Scope of Use:
Used for weather-resistant sealing of glass, containers, stone, sunrooms, and skylights; bonding and sealing of high-end doors and windows; other various bonding applications.
Instructions for Use:
Before construction, adhesion tests between the sealant and the substrate, as well as compatibility tests between the sealant and accessories, should be conducted. Construction is only allowed after passing the tests; the substrate surface should be thoroughly cleaned with solvents such as toluene or acetone, kept dry, and construction should be done within 30 minutes after cleaning; the sealant should fully fill the gaps, ensuring a dense layer and close contact with the substrate surface, and the sealant joint should be finished within 5 minutes after application; the suitable surface temperature for construction materials is 5℃ to 40℃.
Storage and Shelf Life:
Should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place below 27℃.
Shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
Usage Restrictions: Cannot be used in situations where complete immersion in solvents is required. Safety Notice: Please ensure good ventilation and avoid contact with the sealant. Seek help if contact occurs.
